We offer 3 types of delivery options for our software products.

1) Digital Download
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email from us within 24 hours containing the instructions for downloading the product.

Digital Download product file sizes can vary between 700MB to 3GB. Download times depend on the speed of your internet connection and can vary between five minutes and one hour.

2) Free Shipping – Worldwide
If you order a physical product such as a DVD-ROM or a USB installation disc, you can choose the FREE SHIPPING option on the checkout page, and we will ship the product anywhere in the world for free.

FREE SHIPPING will be sent using standard air mail service. This can take up to 2-3 weeks of delivery time, depending on your location.

3) International Courier Delivery - Worldwide - $20 Flat fee
If you would like a faster delivery, we provide international courier service. Typical delivery time can vary between 3-8 working days. We charge a flat fee of $20 USD worldwide, regardless of the quantity of purchase. You will be charged a flat fee of $20 per order. If you need international courier delivery, please choose this option on the checkout page. The courier delivery fee is CHARGED and added to the total payable amount in your shopping cart.

We do not deliver products to PO Box addresses. All courier delivery services require someone to accept and sign the parcel.

Once your payment is successfully received, you will receive an automated email from us confirming your successful transaction. You will receive a second email within 24 hours from our customer service team, informing you how to download and install the software. You will be able to download and use the software within 24 hours of successfully placing your shopping order.

GLOBAL SOLUTIONS is suitable for all learners worldwide. The teaching is done in English only. Global Solutions products boast a fully immersive, multimedia-based experience that caters to all learning styles. CUSTOM SOLUTIONS products combine traditional translation with the innovative immersion method. It offers fully immersive teaching in the English language and additional language support in the given language. Full translations are embedded within the software and can be turned on or off as an optional feature.

The content of the program is the same in all formats. Software will need to be installed on the licensed computer regardless of the delivery format, whether it is digital download, USB disc, or DVD-ROM installation disc.

Digital Download is the easiest and quickest way to purchase the English language learning software products. Installation is very easy and straightforward. The program file is a compressed file (zip file) which you download to your computer and uncompress via the Windows Explorer function with a single click on your computer. That’s pretty much it.

DVD-ROM and USB contains the installation files. If you have a weak internet connection, you may choose one of these options. DVD-ROM and USB discs are installation discs. You basically copy and paste the installation files to your computer. If your computer has a DVD-ROM drive, you can choose a DVD-ROM disc or a USB disc. If your computer does not have a DVD-ROM drive, you should choose the USB format.

Digital products
If your product is offered as a digital download format option, it is classified as digital product. DVD-ROM or USB discs options are offered for installation purposes.

Digital products can be downloaded from our server or can be shipped on a DVD-ROM installation disc or a USB installation disc. Software is licensed per computer. You can use the software on the licensed computer. Your license will not expire on the computer as long as your computer is functioning.

DVD-ROM (self-run product)
DVD-ROM products that run directly from discs are licensed per DVD-ROM disc. We call them self-run products. You will always need the original disc to use the software. There is no expiry date on the DVD-ROM. As long as you have the original disc, you can use the software on any Windows-based computer.

Note: Self-run DVD-ROM products are available in the Custom Solutions category only. It is applicable to Russian, Turkish, Arabic, and Persian users only.

Digital products can only be used on the licensed computer.

DVD-ROM disc products that run directly from the disc can be used on any computer as long as you have the original disc.

There is no limit to how many people can use the software.

All our English language learning software programs are designed to be used offline. You will not need any internet connection when you use the software.

Digital Products
You only need internet connection during the first installation to activate your license. Once you activate your license on the computer, you can use the software offline without any connection to the Internet.

DVD-ROM (self-run)
You can use the English software directly from the original disc. You do not need any internet connection at all. The software runs directly from the disc.

Digital Products - (Digital download, USB installation disc, DVD-ROM installation discs)
Installation of the software is very easy and straightforward. If you purchase a Digital Download version, you need to download a compressed file (zip file) from our server. Once you download the compressed file to your computer, you uncompress it with a Windows Explorer function with a single click on your computer. Then you need to click the ENGLISH.exe file to start the software. You will be asked to enter a license number to activate your software online. Once you activate it, you are ready to use the software.

DVD-ROM - (runs directly from disc)
Self-run DVD-ROM discs do not require any installation. You insert the original DVD-ROM to your computer’s DVD-ROM drive. Your Windows system should show you options on what to do with the DVD-ROM discs. You click the RUN option. That’s it. You basically run the software directly from the disc.

AudioMate files are already integrated within the software portion of the program where you can use it on your PC. However, full version of AudioMate files within the software are protected and cannot be exported.

We provide you with a compressed version (cut-down version) of the AudioMate program in the mp3 audio format, which you can download and export to any portable MP3 player, including your smart phone, digital audio player, CD etc. We call this the exportable version of the AudioMate program AudioMate on the Go.

AudioMate on the Go allows you to learn whenever and wherever you want. Just load your lists onto your MP3 player, and you are ready to continue your learning while you travel, at the gym, or running errands.

Digital Download
If you purchased the Digital Download version of the software, you will be given a link to download the AudioMate on the Go files from our server. You download the compressed file to your computer, then you uncompress (unzip it) it using Windows Explorer. You will see a list of MP3 files on your computer. You can then use the MP3 audio files as you would any MP3 sound file.

USB / DVD-ROM
If you purchased a USB or DVD disc version of the software, you will not need to download any audio files. AudioMate on the Go MP3 files will be included within a folder inside your USB/DVD-ROM disc.

Digital Products - (Digital download, USB installation disc, DVD-ROM installation discs)
If you bought a digital product, Lessons For Life software and AudioMate on the Go will be in the same disc. Each program will have its own folder.

DVD-ROM - (runs directly from disc)
If you purchase the self-run DVDROM discs, you will receive 2 separate discs. One for the software and one for the AudioMate program.

All of our DVD-ROM discs are designed to be used in a computer – they will not work in a DVD player. Our software is an interactive software. You need a computer to use it. You can, however, use the AudioMate on the Go component, which is made from Mp3 audio sounds, on a DVD player.

Digital Products - (DVD-ROM installation discs / USB installation disc)
If you purchased a digital download product with a DVD-ROM or USB installation disc, you can use the software from your hard drive. We recommend that people use the software from their hard drive directly. This allows your software to run more smoothly. You basically copy all the program files from the DVD-ROM or USB disc to your computer and run your program from your computer’s hard drive.

DVD-ROM - (runs directly from disc)
If you bought the self-run DVD-ROM disc, you will NOT be able to use the software from your hard drive. Your software will only work from the original DVD-ROM disc.

You will be able to download and use the software between within 24 hours after successfully placing your order. We will send you an email detailing how to download and install the software.

The time it takes to download the program can vary according to what program you have purchased. Download time also depends on your internet connection speed.

DOWNLOAD INSTALLATION - (Use the software from the hard drive of the computer.)

(Note: Zipped (compressed) file can be opened by Windows Explorer itself. Alternatively, you can download a free WinZip program from the URL address www.winzip.com.

1) Download the zip file from a server to your computer. Server address will be provided by your seller.
2) When you finish downloading the zip file, unzip the file into the DOCUMENTS or MY DOCUMENTS folder on your computer.
3) Once the file is unzipped (uncompressed), you will see a folder named LessonsForLife_ENGLISH.
4) Click the folder (LessonsForLife_ENGLISH) to see the contents of the folder. Click the ENGLISH.exe file in the root directory to launch the program.
5) When ENGLISH.exe is clicked, your software will ask for a serial code for activation. Enter the serial code to activate your software.
6) We recommend that you also make a shortcut on your desktop. Click on the ENGLISH.exe file and send it to your desktop (create shortcut).

You will not be able to transfer your license to another computer. Your software will only work on the licensed computer. Your software will run on the computer as long as your computer is running. Your license will not expire on the installed computer.

If you do not have enough space on your hard drive or have limited hard drive space on your computer, you can download or copy the software to an external disc, such as a portable hard drive or USB disc, and use the software directly from the disc. You still need to activate the software on the computer that you intend to use it on. You can only use the software from an external disc on the licensed computer.

We recommend you use the software directly from your computer’s hard drive. This will allow the software to run more smoothly.
