	SCHOOL ORDERS	PERSONAL ORDERS
	Australian schools may order on 14 day account. Please fax your school orders to (02) 9453 9266 Alternatively, you may use the order forms below. All prices include 10% GST. A tax invoice will be sent with your order. English Software's ABN: 55 866 403 094 International Schools: Pre-payment by credit card or cheque is required before delivery please. The details are on our school order form.	All personal orders (Australian and overseas) must be prepaid please. A secure shopping facility is available on each page. Please provide payment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Alternatively, download an order form below and fax or mail it to English Software. The details required are on the form.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Personal Orders - Delivery and Handling Charges Australian Orders: Registered delivery and handling charge is $10 for delivery to most locations around Australia. Extra charges will apply to heavy items and/or delivery to remote locations around Australia. International Orders: International delivery and insurance cost will be advised to customers prior to delivery, depending on the weight of the parcel and delivery location. Australian School Orders Australian schools orders must include a school order number, as schools are given 14 days to pay on invoice. International School Orders Prepayment Requirements: All international school orders must be paid before shipment. Please email, phone or fax your software requirements, delivery address, phone and email contact information and the cost of delivery will be confirmed to you for verification, before order is dispatched. Security Policy All details submitted to English Software will be kept secured. They are NOT kept on-line and will never be disclosed. A secure online order for is available for our customers. Or you are welcome to call us personally with your details, send a fax, or send a signed order in the mail.
